Wherever software is part of the answer, the Blueprint includes an honest build-versus-buy assessment. If an off-the-shelf product does the job, we'll say so. And if the fix is a change in who owns what, with no software required, we'll say that too.
Some agencies create dependency by design. We don't. Everything we build, you own. We document it, hand it over, and make sure your team can run it without us.
