Most consultants arrive with an answer: tools, automation, a roadmap. We start by finding where your business still depends on you. Then we fix it in whatever way actually works, including ways that don't involve us building anything.
A lot of "AI consultancy" is a slide deck and a handshake. You get a roadmap full of good ideas and a list of tools someone else has to implement. Then six months later you're back to square one — except now you've also got an unused Notion workspace and a mild distrust of consultants.
We work the other way round. Each step answers one question, and each one is useful on its own. You can stop at any point with something you can act on. Here's how it runs.

Where does my business still depend on me, and what do I fix first?
You complete a structured scorecard covering six dimensions of how the business runs. Then we spend 90 minutes walking through it together, testing what it surfaced. You get a written report that names the pattern behind the symptoms. It uses your own words, not 'consultant speak', and gives prioritised next steps and a clear recommendation on where to start. Three or four weeks later, we have a follow-up call to see what's changed.
Most of the next steps are things you can do yourself, at no further cost.
Book the Diagnostic…What I didn't know was it's all connected. You are correct – and that's exactly what I needed to hear.

How does this process actually work, and what has to change?
One operational flow, end to end: order to delivery, enquiry to onboarding, whatever matters most in your business.
We start with some of your data (recent jobs, platform exports, existing documentation), then spend two days with your team. We walk the work where it happens, trace real jobs through it (including ones that went wrong) and talk to the people doing it. Then we turn what we found into the Blueprint and take you through it on a detailed call.
You get five things, all in writing:
"Who owns what" is worth having on its own, whether or not anything ever gets built. The Blueprint looks at roles and process, never at individual people, and usually follows a Diagnostic.
The thing I liked best about our work together was the structured approach you take.

Make it real.
There are three routes: build something custom, select and configure something that already exists, or change the process with no software at all. Most real implementations mix all three. Every one has a fixed scope and a defined endpoint.
We don't quote for implementation before the Blueprint is done. Until the process is defined, there's nothing honest to price. And if an off-the-shelf product does the job, we'll tell you.
You own everything we build. We make sure your team can use it, understand it, and maintain it. Then we stay close for the first few weeks to tune it based on what the real world throws at it.
Once one thing works, you'll usually see the next thing worth fixing. If you want to keep going, we can. If you'd rather run it yourselves, that's what the handover is for. Your call.
